Rhythm Connection - for children with additional learning needs

We use rhythmic music making to support young people of all ages and backgrounds in their educational setting. Our sessions, with therapeutic benefits, help children to navigate social and emotional challenges and to build confidence and enrich their relationships with others.

After having undertaken training on the Rhythm 2 Recovery Programme, our workshops leaders use music and cognitive reflection activities to increase social and emotional awareness, improve emotional regulation, increase overall physiological wellbeing and reduce social isolation and social anxiety.

These workshops have been supported by various funders in the past and we continue to offer our Rhythm Connection sessions to schools and organisations in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
